1. The Zero-Data Principle
ULA is built on the principle of on-device data management. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal health data to any external servers, APIs, or third-party services.
2. Data Storage & Encryption
Your data, including bleeding levels, symptoms, and sexual activity is stored locally on your iPhone in a versioned JSON schema. This file lives within the app’s secure sandbox and is only accessible by you.
- No Cloud Sync: We do not offer cloud backups to ensure your data never leaves your hand.
- Full Deletion: You may erase all stored data at any time via the "Delete All Data" option in Settings, at which point it will be inaccessible.
3. No Tracking & Analytics
ULA does not contain any analytics SDKs or tracking pixels. We do not know how often you use the app, which features you interact with, or your geographical location.
4. Legal & Government Requests
Because we do not store your data on our servers, we are technically unable to provide your health information to any third party, including law enforcement or government agencies, even if requested. You are the sole owner of your information.
5. Verification
Transparency is the bedrock of trust. You are encouraged to audit our logic and data handling practices at our official repository: github.com/eacalahorra/ula-logic
